We collaborated with SEETB - South East European Testing Board to organize the annual South East European Software Testing Conference (SEETEST) in Sofia for yet another consecutive year. The two-day conference is held on a rotating basis in Belgrade, Bucharest or Sofia. Over 300 guests and 25 speakers from 22 countries take part in the event.
 
Event brief: Choosing suitable conference halls with specific layouts for the work program, exhibition area and catering, accommodation of foreign participants and speakers, provision of AV equipment, transportation, gifts for participants, catering during the conference, social event or a gala dinner for the final night.
 
Solution: Our proposal was to use the premises of Marinela Hotel Sofia due to the well-constructed conference center and the possibility to place exhibition stands, and the catering area in such a manner that would not interfere with the conference program.
 
Realization: On a daily basis, we monitored the arrangement of all conference halls according to the set vision and number of participants. We set up an area for exhibitors with stands for everyone, according to the requirements, we built a stage and provided the necessary sound, lighting and projections. Our team selected a variety of catering menus and controlled the whole process, so that the delegates would be efficiently fed during the breaktime. We helped with registration, gifts for guests, preparation of information letters and signs.
For the social event we offered the Museum of the Earth and the People, which we transformed with decor and light. We served colourful cocktails and exquisite canapés. The singer Rafi contributed for people’s smiles and the finale of another successful conference.
