For A1, we organised an elegant gala dinner in the beautiful gardens of Vrana Palace.

For the dinner, we built a large transparent marquee, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding garden atmosphere while providing a comfortable setting for the formal part of the evening. The interior featured round tables, floral arrangements and elegant styling, while architectural lighting transformed the palace façade into an impressive backdrop.

The event began with an outdoor cocktail reception and continued with a gala dinner and live entertainment.

The Party Service team managed the complete organisation and delivery of the event – from the construction and equipment of the marquee to the décor, catering, technical production and guest service.
