Discordia, one of the leading Bulgarian companies in the transport and logistics industry, celebrates thirty years since its founding.

Event Brief:  Organization of a corporate anniversary to which guests and employees from the offices in Bulgaria, Romania, and Ukraine were invited. Expected number of attendees was 450. We were tasked with finding a suitable location for dinner, assembling a stage for the performers and composing a general music program. We also offered a fresh menu, drinks, attractive desserts and cocktails and employed a photographer and a photo wall.
 
Solution: Our choice of venue was National History Museum as the hall meets all set requirements and is suitable for an event of this rank.
 
Realization: For the execution of this project, we used part of our available resources such as catering equipment, decoration, utensils, team uniforms etc. Our team completed the event with attention to every detail, ceaselessly meeting our clients’ expectations. Throughout the organization process, we carried out the following activities:
 
o   Dinner menu and welcome drinks
o   Concept for the hall and lobby vision
o   Site decoration
o   Selection of Welcome drink cocktails
o   Music programme
o   Provision of translators for all necessary languages
o   Photographer and photo wall
o   Catering from Party Service
o   Catering equipment - tables, utensils, glasses, textiles, etc.
o   Menu tasting
o   Selection of attractive desserts
o   A special cake
o   Event budgeting and monitoring
o   Communication and negotiation with subcontractors
o   Leading of guests to their appointed seats at the tables
o   On site event management
