The Bulgarian Society of Dermatology tasked us with offering a gala dinner option for 250 guests, part of a host of initiatives to celebrate the Society's 100th anniversary.
We chose the Sun Hall of the National History Museum as the venue for the gala dinner. A seasonal four-course menu was served, made with ingredients from Bulgarian farms and wines from established Bulgarian wineries.
