Event brief: Wedding reception held for 120 guests on a beautiful beach, located on the shores of our southern neighbour. The concept was to host a beautiful wedding on the beach in the company of relatives and friends.
 
Realization: Our team took care of the following tasks:
 
o   Creating an overall concept for the event
o   Construction of a large transparent marquee with a wooden floor, enhancing the impressive view
o   Setting a stage area
o   Installation of the necessary lighting and sound systems
o   Fixation of decorative lights
o   Bay lighting effects
o   Construction of a portable kitchen that meets all requirements of the menu
o   Children's area with games and animation
o   Children's animators
o   Welcome drink area
o   Site for information and registration of guests
o   Professional photographers and videographers
o   Floral decoration
o   Pontoon with a beautifully decorated arch in the sea for the ceremony
o   Dinner area with all necessary furniture and catering equipment
o   Assembly of a dance floor
o   Impressive menu, prepared by a French chef
o   Designer wedding cake
o   Construction of a backstage for all wedding performers
o   Accommodation and transportation of all performers
o   A beautifully crafted guest book
o   Flip flops for those tired of dancing
o   Scarves for the chilly hours of the night
o   An artistic programme with performances by: ballet Nova, Nencho Ilchev, Yordanis Agapios, Vasil Naidenov and Nikolina Chakardakova
